“INTEC” Company is an exclusive dealer on selling and rendering of support services for construction technology using EMACO concrete mixes of LLP “Building Systems” (Moscow) in the Republic of Kazakhstan. EMACO concrete mixes represent a complex of materials and technologies for repairs and protection of concrete, reinforced concrete structures and high-precision installation of production equipment.
Materials are ready dry mixes manufactured by LLP “Building Systems” since 2000. In this time EMACO materials have been used at many Russian industrial enterprises, including OJSC “Magnitogorsk integrated iron-and-steel works”, CJSC “Severgal”, OJSC “Novolipetsk integrated iron-and-steel works”, JSC “Belenergomash”, OJSC “AVTOVAZ”, OJSC “Lebedinsk mining-and-processing integrated works, OJSC “Michaelovsk mining-and-processing integrated works, OJSC “Uralkaliy”, OJSC “Solikamsk magnesium works” and etc. for the following kinds of works:

installation of cold-rolling and hot-rolling mills, kilns, drawbenches, machine-tools, presses;
repair of equipment foundations;
repair of chimney shafts and linings of industrial chimneys, repair of water-cooling towers;
structural restoration work including ribbed slabs, columns, beams;
repair of trestles and etc.

  Besides, suggested materials and technologies were used during repairs, renewal and construction of some hundreds of various industrial and transport works on the territory of CIS countries.
  Material quality conforms to the most exacting and up-to-date standards and requirements.
  EMACO repair materials are used successfully all over the world for more than 30 years that proves the truth of high-reliability materials.
  Application of the given technologies makes it possible to restore not only geometrical dimensions of constructions, but to restore their load-carrying ability in order to let the construction behave as an entity with repair material.
   The materials meet a number of specific requirements:

high initial strength В20-В30 (concrete strength at 24 hours) and ultimate strength (В60);
high frost resistance and water tightness - F 300 (in salty soils), W 12 and above;
high adhesive strength with old concrete and reinforcement;
resistance to attack by corrosive media;
no-shrink condition during hardening of concrete;
high workability, self-compaction, as well as high storage quality;
placeability and pumpability of ready mixes;
thixotropy during repair operations on sloping, vertical and ceiling surfaces (form handling is not required);
high-performance execution of work under tight deadlines.

  The technologies in question make it possible to cut down several times expenses as compared with “traditional” practices and considerably extend the lifetime of engineering structures. The foregoing is recommended by the project management institutes, such as: OJSC “Lengipromez”, "Ukrgipromez", OJSC “Magnitogorsk gipromez”, CRSRI /Concrete Reinforcing Steel Research Institute/, OJSC “CRIC” /Central Research Institute for Construction/, “SRI” /Structural Research Institute/ (Ukraine), OJSC “ORGRES Co.”, OJSC “TEPLOPROJECT” and etc.
