About company

  INTEC Company was founded in 1997 to provide services in design development work, construction management, development of new technologies and production. Our Company performs, on turn-key basis, construction of oil and gas sector Projects and the Projects of general industrial purpose, including development of Feasibility Study, designing, arrangement of financing, construction management, construction and erection work, start-up and adjustment operations.

   High professionalism of employees, individual approach to the needs of each client of INTEC Company allow us to provide high quality services at all stages of Project fulfillment.

   INTEC Company is a part of Condensate Group of Companies consortium. Since November 2002 INTEC is a member of RK Union of Engineering Companies – a voluntary association of companies, set up for coordination of activities and for arrangement of coordinated activity on rendering services to foreign and Kazakhstani oil-and-gas companies, operating in the territory of Kazakhstan . INTEC General Director A. Kazin is a member of the Union Council.
  In February 2003 Company was rewarded with diploma of the first degree for active participation in Forum of Oblast entrepreneurs and International fair exhibition that was held in Uralsk .
  On November 7, 2003 Western Kazakhstan Management awarded a prize and certificate “Star of Quality” to INTEC Company in nomination “Striving for Quality in the sphere of engineering activity and RD services”.

  Major clients of our Company are: KPO b.v. (Karachaganak Petroleum Operating bv), Renco s.p.a., “Condensate” Group of Companies.
  Since 2000 INTEC provides stable engineering support for KPO b.v. and Renco s.p.a., takes an active part in the development of the Projects in oil-gas condensate Fields of Kazakhstan, including Chinaryov and Teplov-Tokarev Fields in Western Kazakhstan Oblast.
  INTEC Company is actively engaged in marketing research and development of investment projects in the areas of power engineering, oil refining, ecology, industrial safety and manufacturing of local construction materials.

INTEC Policy in the Sphere of Quality.

   INTEC primary strategic goal is improvement of the quality of their services on the basis of execution of international quality standards system - ISO 9000, taking into account specific customer requirements and expectations .
   The Company top Management undertakes an obligation to provide work resources for continuous quality improvement, by utilizing the most developed information technologies.
  Every Employee, being guided by his/her Job Description, standards and norms, contributes to implementing of this Policy, with the aim of continuous perfection, as per Deming’s rule: ”Plan – Introduce – Control – Correct”.

Our Goals and Objectives:

Build a team of highly professional, pushing Employees who work in the atmosphere of mutual understanding and team spirit.
Create an effective system of training and re-training of the Personnel, including training in Quality Management and Ecological Management, the system, which is facilitating discovery of Leaders, in a healthy competitive atmosphere.
Raise to a new level the quality of Projects execution, using state-of-the-art data banks (including International Regulatory Acts banks), as well as by bringing home the significance of meeting the Client requirements at all stages of products and services life cycle, for all Company Employees.
Present steady evidence of own obligations as to the development and introduction of Quality Management. Ensure this work coverage in mass media, with the aim of appropriate perception of the Company work by the public, and improving of the corporate Company image.
Implement preventive measures, allowing removing causes of potential discrepancies.
Mandatory elements of daily work are the following: conducting of market demand for the Company products and services marketing analyses, reduction of production cost for achieving competitive prices, production and technologies.
