2. Architectural designing of buildings and structures of responsibility levels II or III:

General layout plans for facilities, site improvement and grading projects;
Production facilities;
Residential & civic buildings and structures including reconstruction and restoration of buildings and structures (excepting historic and cultural monuments).

3. Architectural and design engineering:

Bases and substructures;
Concrete and reinforced concrete structures, masonry and reinforced masonry structures;
